SHIPPING
All Rebel Massage products are fulfilled at our Southern California facility. We ship via USPS across the world and rely on their services. Pricing is listed below and applies to both wholesale and retail orders:

• United States: $8.50
• Canada: $22.50
• Australia: $50
• All other countries: $30
Order Processing:
Rebel Massage body butters are handcrafted with real ingredients, which may result in slightly longer turnaround times. We require up to seven days to process and ship your order. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Shipping transit times are based on USPS schedules and vary depending on the destination. Expected delivery times are:

• United States: 1–5 business days via USPS Mail.
• Canada: 7–14 business days.
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days.
• All other countries: 10–20 business days.

Please note:
Rebel Massage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers such as USPS or UPS. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at rebel-info@rebelmassage.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Temperature-Controlled Shipping:
Due to the nature of our handcrafted massage butters and salves, we recommend temperature-controlled shipping during the hot summer months. This helps prevent melting in transit. See more below.

Optional UPS Delivery:
If you prefer UPS shipping (to ensure doorstep delivery rather than a mailbox drop), please send us a note at rebel-info@rebelmassage.com to make arrangements.
Important Note:
While we take every precaution to protect your products, we cannot guarantee what happens once they are in the hands of third-party carriers. If temperature-controlled shipping is not selected and the product melts, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.​

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED SHIPPING
Due to the nature of our massage and bodywork butters and salves, we strongly recommend customers select temperature controlled shipping at checkout. This is an additional expense but, during the hot summer months, this is the only option that guarantees your oder will arrive as a solid.

Pleases note, we use UPS for temp controlled packages. At this time, temperature controlled shipping is only available in the U.S.

RETURNS
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis.
General Return Guidelines:
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
• To determine if you qualify for pre-paid return label, please contact us at rebel-info@rebelmassage.com.
Partially Used Products:
If you are dissatisfied with a product that is slightly used, we may offer a partial refund based on the condition of the product. Please contact us at rebel-info@rebelmassage.com to discuss your concerns.
Refund Process:

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Online and In-Person CE Courses

Online CE Courses:
The Rebel Massage online CE massage courses are hosted on The Massage Mentor Institute platform. Refund policies for these courses are managed by The Massage Mentor Institute. All courses are NCBTMB certified, and we are proud to share that we have never received a refund request.
In-Person CE Courses:
If you are enrolled in an in-person CE course and cannot attend, please contact us at rebel-info@rebelmassage.com. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event to qualify for a refund. Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
