All bodywork massage and bodywork products are fulfilled at our Southern California facility. We ship USPS across the world and rely on their services. Pricing is listed below, and applies to wholesale and retail orders.

Rebel Massage body butters are handcrafted and chemical-free, which may mean a slightly longer turnaround time. We require up to seven days to ship. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. We rely on the USPS schedule when it comes to transit time.
In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your email will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery data does not come with a money-back guarantee.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED SHIPPING
Due to the nature of our massage and bodywork butters and salves, we strongly recommend customers select temperature controlled shipping at checkout. This is an additional expense but, during the hot summer months, this is the only option that guarantees your oder will arrive as a solid.

Pleases note, we use UPS for temp controlled packages. At this time, temperature controlled shipping is only available in the U.S.

RETURNS
Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. Our goal is to create happiness, so we'll do our best to ensure you have outstanding products each and every time.

During hot months, we strongly suggest you select temperature controlled shipping for your massage butter orders. Butter melts. If you don't use temp controlled shipping and your product arrives melted, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. We wish we could,

Rebel Massage's online CE massage courses are available at The Massage Mentor Institute and we do not govern their refund policy. However, rest easy knowing all courses are NCBTMB certified and there has never been a request for a refund.
