Is my product really handmade?
Yup.
EVERY butter, oil, lotion-like emulsion and pain salve is made with actual hands and real natural ingredients.
Are all ingredients listed on the product pages?
Yup.
100% of every natural product we use is listed for each product.
Are the products temperature sensitive?
ABSOLUTELY!
Our butter and oil based products have been prepared utilizing temperature specific guidelines. Therefore, it's best to maintain a "cool room" temp for the products, generally speaking 60 - 75 degrees.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How quickly will my order ship & arrive to me?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, transit time varies significantly. In the US, orders usually take 3-6 days for delivery. International orders might take 7-14 days to make the trip. Please remember that holidays, weather conditions and peak shopping seasons may affect delivery times.
Can I change my shipping address?
100% Absolutely and 100% Only before your order leaves our happy hands.
You can update your shipping address before your order is shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once the order is fulfilled, we’re unable to make changes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to view real-time updates on your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
