Shipping Policy
All Rebel Massage products are fulfilled at our Southern California facility. We ship via USPS and UPS across the world and rely on their services. Pricing is dynamic and calculated at checkout.
Order Processing:
Rebel Massage body butter, emulsion, oil and salve are all handcrafted with real ingredients, which may result in slightly longer turnaround times. We require up to 5 business days to process and ship your order. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Shipping transit times are based on USPS/UPS schedules and vary depending on the destination. Expected delivery times are:
• United States: 1–5 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
• All other countries: 10–20 business days
Please note:
Rebel Massage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers such as USPS or UPS. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at rebel-info@rebelmassage.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Temperature Controlled Products
Due to the nature of our massage and bodywork butters and salves, we strongly recommend customers select temperature controlled shipping at checkout. This is an additional expense but, during the hot summer months, this is the only option that guarantees your oder will arrive in a stable state.
Important Note:
While we take every precaution to protect your products, we cannot guarantee what happens once they are in the hands of third-party carriers. If temperature-controlled shipping is not selected and the product melts, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
