Returns & Refunds

Our goal is to ensure your 100% satisfaction, and we evaluate returns on a case-by-case basis.

General Return Guidelines:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund
  • To determine if you qualify for pre-paid return label, please contact us at rebel-info@rebelmassage.com

Partially Used Products:

If you are dissatisfied with a product that is slightly used, we may offer a partial refund based on the condition of the product. Please contact us at rebel-info@rebelmassage.com with details, photos and the optionn to discuss your concerns.

Refund Process:

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Online and In-Person CE Courses

Online CE Courses:

The Rebel Massage online CE massage courses are hosted on The Massage Mentor Institute platform. Refund policies for these courses are managed by The Massage Mentor Institute. All courses are NCBTMB certified, and we are proud to share that we have never received a refund request.

In-Person CE Courses:

If you are enrolled in an in-person CE course and cannot attend, please contact us at rebel-info@rebelmassage.com. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event to qualify for a refund. Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
